Terms of trade



Fårup Sommerland accepts payment with Dankort, VISA-Dankort, VISA, Eurocard, Mastercard and Consumer Cooperative cards (Consumer Cooperative cards can only be used for purchases on the web shop). Companies that would like to pay via their EAN number or receive an invoice are asked to contact us telephonically or via email. All amounts are in Danish Kroner (DKK) and include VAT.

Tickets, season tickets and gift vouchers are sent as PDF files to the email address you have specified in your order. The law regarding means of payment apply to transactions over the internet. This means that, as a basis, there is no own risk in the event of misuse of your payment card via the internet. Transaction charges will be billed pursuant to PSD II.

When you order items in our web shop, the card number and expiry date are checked. If these are incorrect and NETS cannot accept them, you will see an error message immediately on your screen. If there is an entry error, you can just correct the error and try again. In addition to disclosing your card number and the expiry date of the card, you must also disclose the card’s check digits. These are the three numbers that are typically on the back of your card in the signature field.

When paying with Dankort and VISA/Dankort, Fårup Sommerland only withdraws the amount from your account when we dispatch the order. If you are unsuccessful in completing your payment, you can contact us by calling + 45 98 88 16 00 or by sending an email to info@faarup.dk.



When you have purchased a season ticket as a new subscription on the web shop, shortly after we have received your order, a PDF file with a unique bar code will be sent to the disclosed email address. You must print this bar code and bring it along the first time you visit the park. You must present the bar code to our ticket personnel and then go to our Information. Here, a photo will be taken of you and you will be given your personal season ticket. The personal season ticket is a plastic card you must keep. This plastic card must be made on the same day as the bar code is used for the first time. Please be aware that the bar code is proof of ownership. Therefore, we ask you to store it with care. Lost bar codes are not replaced. When you purchase a re-subscription of a season ticket, we reopen your “old” card. In this way, you can use the “old” card again for the new season.

If you forget your season ticket, we can find you in our system and you can enter Fårup Sommerland against a payment of an administration charge of DKK 25. Lost or damaged season tickets are not replaced. However, you can purchase a replacement card for DKK 75. Please note that the season ticket is personal. In the event of lending, transferring or other fraud, the card will be confiscated and blocked.

As a season ticket holder, you will receive an email with offers to receive regular information and marketing about Fårup Sommerland as well as the advantages associated with the season ticket.



Gift vouchers can be purchased on the web shop of optional amounts, starting at DKK 50. These can be used for payment for tickets at the entrance or used inside the park for food, beverages, souvenirs, etc. A gift voucher issued on a fixed amount has a validity period of three years from the date of issue. However, you have the option of purchasing a gift voucher for a specific service, i.e. gift voucher for a season ticket. The gift voucher can be used as payment at the ticket booths or online. A gift voucher for a season ticket is valid until the end of the next week 42 in October. Note that the redeeming a gift voucher for a season ticket will always only provide entrance in the current season. Thus, a gift voucher for a season ticket cannot be used in connection with offers of, e.g. “Purchase a season ticket in the autumn holiday and the entire next season is included”. A gift voucher cannot be exchanged for cash and remaining amounts on a gift voucher cannot be paid out either.



The single day entry ticket is valid for the selected period. A PDF file with a unique bar code will be sent to you, which you must print and present at the ticket booth at the entrance to Fårup Sommerland.



You are most welcome to order more items at the same time. It is very important for us that you fill in all the information correctly.



Our internet provider uses a so-called PSIP Gateway Server, which is certified by Northern European Transaction Services (NETS). The system uses a 40 bit encryption key from VeriSignT, which secures the connection from the web hotel to the PSIP Gateway with our internet provider and from there onwards to NETS. This ensures that your card data is protected to the maximum.

When you shop with us, we only use your email address to send an order confirmation and for other communication between you and Fårup Sommerland. We do not resell your personal information. When you navigate around in our web shop, you leave behind information about your IP number and the pages you have looked at as well as when you looked at them. When you buy a season ticket in our web shop, you need to enter the following information on all persons who want a season ticket: Name, address, postal code, city, telephone number, country, birth date and email. When purchasing a season ticket, your name and address information, birth date as well as photo will be stored so that we can re-issue a season ticket without unnecessary bother for you. At no time will we pass on this information to a third party. As a season ticket holder, you will receive an email with offers to receive regular information and marketing about Fårup Sommerland as well as the advantages associated with the season ticket.


Pursuant to Danish legislation there is no right of withdrawal on purchases via Fårup Sommerland's webshop, and the tickets, season passes and giftcards is therefore not refundable. This applies to all products in Fårup Sommerland's webshop, including Season tickets, tickets and gift cards.

Tickets and Season tickets must be redeemed for the season they are purchased. If the ticket or season pass is not used during that season, it is not possible to transfer the ticket or season ticket to subsequent seasons.

Please note that tickets for a specific date only is valid for the chosen date


Fårup Sommerland cannot be made responsible or liable for damages when an event occurs (force majeure) which is beyond Fårup Sommerland's control.
This is the case, for example, with war, threat of war, natural disaster, nuclear disaster, riots, terrorist activities, threat of terror, adverse weather conditions, fire, import bans, health crises, epidemics and similar outbreaks, quarantines and isolations invoked by national authorities.
